Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about shipping, studio finishing, and collecting work from Jeff Beckham's Chicago Studio.

Yes — every order ships worldwide from Jeff Beckham's Chicago studio. We use insured, trackable freight for originals and museum-grade packaging for canvas prints. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5–10 business days domestically and 10–20 business days internationally.

Each canvas print is hand-finished in Jeff Beckham's Chicago Studio. After printing on archival, museum-grade canvas, every piece receives a protective varnish layer, a hand-signed signature on the verso, and a certificate of authenticity. This process ensures the print carries the same presence and longevity as an original work.

Yes. All canvas prints are released in numbered, limited editions. Once an edition sells out, it is never reprinted. Edition size and current availability are listed on each product page.

Original paintings are removed from stretcher bars, rolled in acid-free tissue, and shipped in a rigid art tube for protection. They can be re-stretched by any professional framer on arrival. If you prefer shipment on stretchers, contact us before ordering and we will arrange custom crating.

Original works and limited prints are final sale due to their nature. If your piece arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and artwork within 48 hours of delivery and email us — we will replace it or issue a full refund.

Select commissions are accepted on a limited basis. Use the Contact page to describe your vision, timeline, and size preference. We respond to all commission inquiries within two business days.
